TO KNOW HIM AND MAKE HIM KNOWN

THROUGH HIS WORD, SACRAMENTS, AND COMMUNITY

Welcome in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

Anglican Church of the Good Shepherd is a church-plant committed to celebrating Jesus through his Word and Sacraments: we grow in our Christian faith through biblical preaching, and we encounter Jesus through his Sacraments.

We know Jesus through the communion of the saints, for wherever two or three are gathered in his name, he promises to be in the midst of them.

We invite you to experience the life changing power of Jesus Christ through his Holy Spirit that we may be reconciled back to a hallowed relationship with God. The people of Good Shepherd are on this journey together. Together we grow in Christ; together we grow in our salvation; together we find healing in the gospel!

Vision & Values

Our vision is to be a growing and faithful church plant that boldly pronounces the Gospel to the people of North Shelby County by our words and our deeds. We strive to live by our motto: Love God by Serving Our Neighbors.

Our values and beliefs are outlined in the classic Book of Common Prayer and Thirty-Nine Articles of Religion, locally adapted for the United States in 1801.
